Common warning signs

- A request to install an APK sent through chat or a shortened URL.
- A request for password, MPIN, OTP, private key or seed phrase.
- Pressure to make another payment to unlock an existing transaction.
- A support profile that cannot be reached from the official website.
If you suspect fraud
Stop entering data, take screenshots of the URL and messages, contact your bank quickly if money moved, and report suspected cyber or financial fraud through India’s National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. Do not confront the sender or send another payment.
